"This place is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It's very beautiful next to the river. It's very quiet and location is close to every place you'd want to go to. The breakfast was as described and on time everyday."

"The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. What I didn't like was breakfast. It was supposed to be served till 10;00am, but when I went down to the lobby at 9:09am there was very little food to be had. I did ask if they could replenish the hot foods and although they put a bit more out, it was not enough for all the travelers waiting to eat. McDonalds would have been the better option. "Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them."

"La propiedad se nota antigua con muy poco mantenimiento , 2 días de la semana no hay servicio de limpieza, la limpieza del hábitación los días que había servicio fue muy deficiente, el desayuno bastante básico. Esta sucursal de la quinta es bastante cara comparado con otras sucursales como de Texas sin embargo no tiene nada que ver con el servicio deficiente desde la entrada Las habitaciones la limpieza y el desayuno. El café si está muy rico."

She kept going above and beyond to ask if we had everything we need or if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. We feel so appreciative of such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon, as we now have a perfect place to stay while visiting the beaches in Sheboygan."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken...
