"Room was big and clean, unfortunately power kept tripping while we’re there through the portable air conditioner which they advertised they had air condition. We’re told we could only use the air cooler with no lights and TV to stop it from tripping. They eventually moved us to there other property which was a big down grade from what we had.
Maintenance staff were kind and helpful"

"We were able to make early check-in and late check-out which was more than great. Staff were very helpful, friendly and comprehensive. The room was amazing, with everything that we needed. All places, venues of the hotel were clean, but we would just suggest to make a deeper clean in the room. We enjoyed our experience in the hotel and we are very grateful for what we received."

"Staff great, room very clean. Had a problem with room but was moved straight away. The only problem, holes in the sheet. Looks like they were just worn out so started splitting. Hotel going through reno, hope they put in new sheets. Told front desk in morning had parking for free. Its was my go to hotel in Whistler, not sure any more."
