"My room was fine except we needed to call to confirm where the blankets where (we had a Murphy bed) and our telephone was dead and needed help to repair plus the tv was unplugged and I need help to reinstall it. We were told EV parking was free when we checked in but when we checked out a different concierge told us we were wrong and requested proof it was offered.
