"Definitely go to the front of the hotel first and drop off your luggage, and then proceed to the Fourth level of the parking garage to park; or just utilize the Valet service. My suite was modern, clean and smelled nice and fresh. I had a great view from the expansive windows overlooking the River. I was on the 5th floor and the view made me feel as though I was on a cruise. I thought the air conditioner was slightly loud, but I was too tired to call about it. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. and the breakfast was delicious! I will book another stay there again next time I visit Pittsburgh."
