"Our room was fine but you can see the wear and tear in the bathroom. Also, do not like liquid soap in the shower which had poor water pressure. We ordered room service breakfast as a treat and it arrived in a tote bag not brought in on a nice table with a tablecloth and real plates as we expected. Instead our eggs were in plastic containers and they were lukewarm and the bacon and potatoes were cold.
Also went to the American Bar and Grille for dinner and were truly disappointed. They open at...

"The Room were barely straightened up the toilet was dirty the wash clothes and towels were rough. Calling housekeeping for over an hour no one ever answered. Hold the front desk they took a long time to answer I requested two blankets. 45 minutes later I go down to the front desk to find out what the problem is. I was told that there was a high demand for blankets. Long story short it took 2 hours for me to get a blanket"
