"Smell wasn't good"

"The rooms were dated and shower leaked a lot on the floor. Probably a long standing issue since caulk was almost not existent outside of shower. The floor below probably had water leaking from ceiling. Usually appreciate the free breakfast but the staff member that was attending the area was rude and not attentive to keeping area clean. Usually stay at Holiday Inn Express on short stays but this was cheaper and for only one night. You get what you pay for. Front desk staff was friendly, however...

"Upon arrival the check in proceeds was seamless , however the elevator was inoperable, all the vending machines except the one one in the lobby was working. I asked that I not be disturbed on Thursday ( I was staying from Wednesday-Sunday) only bc I was working they took that as no house keeping services the entire time, but this could be chalked up to miscommunication. "This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

"The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!"

"Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center."

"We loved absolutely everything about the property. It was beautiful driving in with flowers and pretty trees. Our room was so spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We took a walk every morning on the beautiful property with sidewalks for safety. We also played pickle ball on the courts which was super fun. We would definitely come back again. It exceeded our expectations! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"This hotel is hard to describe, it is an older hotel that they have done some updates too. The stay overall was good, I had no issues, check in went smoothly, the staff was nice. The breakfast was good, pancakes, eggs, sausage and hash browns daily, I stayed 5 days and breakfast was the same each day. The shower is small but the water pressure is good and has good hot water. The sink is outside of the room with toilet and shower and toilet is also a bit small. The beds were comfy but the pillows...

"The European tapestries and decor was unique and the overall experience was excellent. I requested a champagne bottle be left in the room before I arrived and the staff had it ready! Great experience and I’ll be coming back."

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Floor was dirty, filled with bugs, lint, and dust. The entire area wreaked of weed. The bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable if it tried. The walls had marks/holes in them, it wasn't even decently painted. I was required to checkout early because I could not stand one more second of being in that room."
