"I would give the overall rating very good. The room was very spacious. The pool area definitely needs some work. Broken pieces of trim and flooring. Staff was fine, stayed here to ride the ATV trails. I will say it was very convenient and plenty of parking."

"the room was clean when we arrived, the bed was not done for our second night. the front desk person was very nice and gave us free soda and waters. I told him the hair dryer holder on the wall needed to be fixed."
RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

"Our stay at RiverWalk really exceeded my expectations. We arrived early before a room was available but the front desk took down my number and actually called me when the room was ready(still well before check-in time) which has become a rarity these days. We had a one bedroom suite which was large and clean. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There was a balcony with chairs and a small table with a view of the mountains. The entire suite was cleaned each day. Theer were indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool which were all clean and well-maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in the area."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. We stayed for one night with 3 adults and 1 child. The only disappointing things were the pool, which was advertised as heated but the water was pretty cold, the bathtub that wouldn’t hold water, and the shower pressure, which was very weak. Other than those issues, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a two bedroom cabin that match the photos. The place was clean, quiet and on really nice property. The property manager was very nice and gave us some local information. If I am back in the area I would definitely stay here again."
