"I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again."

"I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!"

"The staff member checking me in was very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect for a quick meal getaway and close proximity to several stores including a gas station. Our room was well stocked and comfortable for our basic needs. The elevator stayed very warm but was not scary. Breakfast was simple and good. I would stay here again if needed."

"This property did not have a hot tub though it was advertised as having one. Other than that the stay was decent for the price and the staff was helpful."

"While the outside of the property is a bit rundown, the rooms have been relatively recently updated. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bathrooms were clean. The bed was quite comfortable with really good working A/C. For the price, I was really happy with the room. The only issues we had was the light bulb in the bathroom needed to be changed and the sink faucet was loose but it still worked just fine. I also didn't like the microfiber sheets but that is completely a personal preference."

"Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "
