Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
They let us check in at 11am instead of 4, which was really useful. Room was clean and comfortable. TV allowed streaming apps. Staff was friendly. I’d stay here again!

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.

My stay was okay for the price. I would have rated 5 but the air conditioning wasn’t the best. The entire property runs pretty warm.
