"The staff where freindly"

"King bed had a hard thin mattress only 3 pillows, sheets were very rough. TV was very small maybe 32" maybe. No coffee maker, no microwave, no glasses in bathroom area, no ice bucket or option of ice. Jacuzzi tub was very nice. Adequate amount of towels were provided. A bit costly for what was not provided. There was a stove and fridge along with dishes available. You were supposed to clean your own dishes but there was no dish soap in the bottle. If you were staying long term this might be...

"I was charged for a safe service and I noticed it later. They should not be charging us for that. We have not used it and the customer service should keep us aware about this fee. When I was adjusting the water before talking a shower, the shower curtain fell on me and the metal pipe hurt my back so bad in my back and my head. My 4 y o child was with me and it touched his head a little as well."

"Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking....

"Easy access, clean"

"The was like a box. It was so small I felt claustrophobic. I have never seen a hotel room that small. Breakfast was good but the room was really small."

"The room we received was very nice, spacious beyond what we required, and clean…. But we were put right next to the elevator, which did cause disturbances in the night. I’m not sure if it’s because we booked through Expedia or not, but it’s happened a couple of times when booking through the app. The room was also quite warm, and while there was a portable ac unit provided, it was one that draws air in from outside, it was smoky in the area and made the room smell a bit smoky. Not the hotels...

"The place looked dilapidated and abandoned from the outside and upon entry, it got worse. It smelled like it had been flooded at least 20 times in the 100 years since I assume it was built. The hotel is undergoing a complete reconstruction and everything was completely torn apart. I felt like I was in a horror movie while I walked the long hallways to my room. Took a shower and left. Expedia screwed me on this one. Should have been warned. Last time Inuse Expedia."
