I stayed for 17 nights and overall it was good. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are actually really nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and nice. The only issue I had was with the housekeeping. They would only come around maybe every 4 or 5 days. If the housekeeping was better I'd give it a solid 4 stars overall.

Amazing experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was organized perfectly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Special thanks to Amandeep for the best service — very professional, friendly, and always helpful. Made the whole stay even better. Highly recommended!

Restaurant not open. Can hear water or noise from other rooms. No storage or shelving in bathroom. No closet. Gas or diesel smell in hallway. Soap dispenser in difficult to reach places. Clean floor and room. Has air conditioning. Good locks for safety.

Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking. Based on the condition of the room, the lack of customer service, and the misleading information regarding amenities, I cannot recommend this property to others.
