Hotel murah di Whiteface Reservoir

"This is a great place to stay that is right on the water. Loved the hot tub, fire pits, view of the lake. They have a great breakfast too."

"Everything was great! The firepits outside at night was wonderful. We were lucky to have 2 ships come.Breakfast was impressive. The room was quiet and clean. Very happy with our stay. We’ll definitely be back😊"

"The bathroom in our room was filthy! There were visible short and curly dark hairs in and around our shower, along with a pile of dirt/debris. The soap shelf was dirty. Their was visible dust on the alarm clock and lamp(s) and visible dirt on the tile entryway and debris on the carpet; making it obvious that they didn’t vacuum, sweep or dust. I went down to the front desk to let them know and Tim the desk clerk was mortified and offered us another room right next door. I went to check out that...

"Second visit to this property for our stay. We enjoyed it as much as the first time, plenty space to the room and a surprise to see we also had a balcony with our lake view! Appreciated the option to have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and extra bedding at our disposal as well as a robe to use! Quiet space, but welcoming and warm, always seemed to have someone available if we needed something. Connected to restaurants, shops and walkways to see and do other things beyond this lodging. "Clean rooms, awesome view, breakfast was good and staff was friendly"

"Such a great location!!!"

"She noticed my knee problem and put us on 1 st floor. I was very thankful."

"Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city!"

"We have stayed at this hotel before with zero complaints but this time around it was just meh. The shower had a pink scum around the doors and there was something red dried on the light switch. The pool is out of order until the 19th which was not communicated to us ahead of time. Breakfast was nothing great… the waffle/pancake machine was out of order leaving a long line up of people to use two toasters. Eggs and sausage pan was empty and we had to ask the front desk to find someone to fill it....

"The hotel lobby is beautiful, our room was ok, the wood on the bathroom door on the bottom was peeled and chipped away. Unfortunately, we had drain flies in our room that were also very annoying. We did have to ask for additional towels as they only supplied enough for a one night stay, and you don’t get your room serviced unless you stay longer than 3 nights."
