"Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. "

"Make sure you book here if you want your room to be canceled an hour before check in. We booked a room with this hotel almost 2 months ago for the Luke combs concert, one of their incredibly rude staff members who only talked over us the whole time, called AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN- to cancel our room. They proceeded to tell us it’s not their fault that their rooms were overbooked and didn’t accommodate us and hung up on me MID SENTENCE!!!! Were hours away from home and now have nowhere to stay...

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."

"The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again."

"The place itself was great. It was so full when we came ba k to hotel on the 2nd night there was not any parking places available. "

"Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. "

"We always enjoy the spacious rooms and breakfast. We were surprised to see a $6 per night parking fee. At the same time, our ice machine on the floor was broken and our room was missing basic room needs such as shampoo, and towels. It would be great to have these expectations met especially as you are now expecting more money for basic parking yet offering free shuttle service to/ from the airport. Seems a bit unfair."

"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...
