"We had a very clean & quiet room on 3rd floor . Staff were all friendly especially Daniella at the bfast buffet. Bfast was basic but sufficient. My only neg comments were a squeaky bed and a continuous flashing green light from the fire alarm unit. Did not use the gym nor hot tub. Lots of free-parking."

"The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient."

"The Pottery had an excellent breakfast and supper. The breakfast staff was superb. Our waiter for supper seemed really busy by himself but was able to serve us well. Jozo’s had the spicy Caesar that the term Apres stayed with us for the night. lol."

"The location was very prime as well as the room had all the necessary stuff in it room was very clean, and the environment was very cosy in the room as well"

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."
