"The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating."

"I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Southwest Cityview. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and were willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. "They don’t clean their rooms. You can extend a stay and pay for it but they’re going to was all your stuff up and throw it all together in a basket dirty or clean. The people who answer the phone for a reservation extension don’t give you any information and don’t speak English too well."
