"Very rude front desk worker upon check in. AirPort shuttle only goes to domestic terminal and not to the international terminal. The breakfast was terrible. Worst Fairfield Inn stay of my life."

"While the outside of the property is a bit rundown, the rooms have been relatively recently updated. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bathrooms were clean. The bed was quite comfortable with really good working A/C. For the price, I was really happy with the room. The only issues we had was the light bulb in the bathroom needed to be changed and the sink faucet was loose but it still worked just fine. I also didn't like the microfiber sheets but that is completely a personal preference."

"I booked my stay through Expedia. When I arrived to the hotel and they went to look up my reservation they stated there were no available rooms when I booked with Expedia. As a matter of fact, there were several more people checking in with the same problem. No one helped me. The hotel was full of people sleeping in their lobby and restaurant area. Where is my refund of 202 dollars by the way?"

"I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!"
