"Everything was good but it’s too expensive"

"I recently enjoyed a stay at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on cleanliness, staff friendliness, and room maintenance. "Front Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. Room was a bit more worn from the past 2 times I've stayed there, but still acceptable."

"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"

"Breakfast menu: fake eggs but they tasted ok mixed with bacon. Parking excellent. The room ceiling was peeling and black in spots. It made me think there was mold under that paint."

"To be honest we just left after we arrived and saw the Inn from the outside and the un-vacuumed carpet in the lobby. It gave off Bates Motel vibes. I didn’t even inquire about getting my money refunded for the prepaid room. We paid about $400 for one night at the Marriott Aloft right next door. The man at the front desk was courteous, but otherwise not much good to say."

"Tiequanna at the front desk had a fantastic personality and is an asset to your Hotel. Even after working long hours overnight she was still energetic and had no hesitation assisting anyone."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"
