"The owner has clearly invested significant effort in upgrading this former motel, but it still falls short of a true four-star hotel. The biggest issue was the reception staff, who were unusually impatient. The room also lacked basic amenities such as a coffee maker and hot water kettle, which are typically expected at this level. The included breakfast have oatmeal only in a tiny reception room , which was something I had never encountered in the many hotels I have stayed before."

"The Pullman Inn was clean and safe. No amenities to speak of which is why I gave that only 3 stars. We were there for a conference so we were only in the hotel to sleep. Beds were comfy, location was perfect for us and the price was right. Would definitely book it again if traveling for the same purposes."

"Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :("

"Booked this hotel last minute on Expedia after traveling all day. When we went to check-in, the staff was RUDE and tried to charge us an additional $40. He refused to rent the room to us. Expedia said it was a non-refundable room, but we spoke to the manager, and stated he would cancel our reservation and get it refunded. That was the only good thing about it!
