"The carpets in the inn were filthy when walking up to the rooms! The beds were super squeaky and the room got super warm at night. We asked for a fan and were given one that doesn't work. Sleeping was almost impossible for me. The en suite bathroom we had in the double room did not only not have a latch, but the door also somehow swung and was overall very inconvenient - not ideal if you're travelling with someone who's not your partner. "Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit Pool und Golfplatz. Es dauert ca. 25 Minuten, wenn man in die Altstadt laufen möchte. Unser Zimmer war recht klein und extrem heiß (Südwestseite bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad), da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, nicht komplett öffnen. So konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Wenigstens gab es einen Pool zum Abkühlen. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut, nur der Kaffee war schlecht. Geschmacklos wie braunes Wasser. Cappuccino oder Espresso muss man...

"The staff were extremely helpful when we suffered a bad experience with our food on our first night's stay. Stick to the basic meals on the menu, like the burgers and fish and chips! We booked a bed, breakfast and evening meal deal for 2 nights, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but, on reflection, should have booked everything separately, because we would be over £100 better off!! Apart from being placed at the worst, and least private, table in the restaurant, we only had a limited menu...

"Breakfast very poor both days Closed the outside seating area (30d) and restaurant for a private party,they should think about the people staying in hotel o they did not. Check out,come down stairs to reception you could not move for people and also outside on pavement. + Room was excellent plus the Bar staff was excellent."

"Room was very clean however very compact and narrow for a family of 4. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and great to work with. Breakfast was very good! Only issue was that I misread that the pool was not onsite and was only accessed via a local shared pool in another area of the town. Parking was not included and was in a multistory next door with a subsidized rate."

"The rooms were fine, but it’s more a bar and nightclub than a boutique hotel. After making the booking they sent a message informing us about the late night music which was not advertised in the description. I asked to cancel but they refused, and said they would allocate a quiet room instead. When we arrived they had downgraded the room type (no bath included as promised) and did not offer to alter the price."

"The places was not well equipped, with it being over 30 degrees- only a small fan was placed in room. The windows did not open fully. No water placed in room knowing it was going to be hot. The outside needs update and not what the photos show. Breakfast was nice but."
