"Spotless, newly finished room was very comfortable. Kitchenette was fully equipped and bathroom was a dream. Bigger than my apartment! Comfy bed, extra blankets, even decorations on the tables. Staff was friendly and informative with the best advice on where to eat or see. Checkin/out done remotely, no key, no lineups, no hassles. Very quiet building, walking distance to everything. Great view of the harbour from a balcony with table and chairs. Better than home!"

"Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and good service. The only down fall…since the building is old, every 6-7am we can clearly hear the footsteps, opening/closing of the cabinet and closing of the upstairs door room. It feels annoying and disturbing from our sleeps. "

"Pros: The staff! SO nice. Everyone you meet is so kind, from the front end receptionists to the valet to the housekeeping. Gina, the manager for housekeeping on 13th floor, is so kind and did a great job deep cleaning before we came. And Catherine, who cleaned our room midstay - she organized my kids toys & stuffies, cleaned SO well, and left the room really sparkling midstay (of a 2 day stay lol). Another positive is that the location is extremely walkable to almost anything you would want to...

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "
