"The room does not have chargers usb or plug in by the beds. Old.
Front desk staff on check in were useless!! I asked questions and got “I don’t know” or didn’t even put any effort in. Like buffet price, pool times, or where to locate that info. Didn’t care. It wasn’t busy at that time. 2 men at front desk - both of them, no interest in putting in any effort.
I told the manager the next day as I had questions and she sincerely apologized, she took the time to answer all our inquiries. About...

"I just had an overnight stay at this property & the convenience of the hotel offering a free shuttle service to & from the airport was super convenient. In addition, having a hot, but simple breakfast was also a plus for a quick stay! The front desk staff were also very helpful & friendly! Next time I’m in Vancouver & need a place to stay, I would not hesitate to come back & stay at Comfort Hotel again! 👍"

The pool and garden area are lovely with picnic tables, a bbq and the occasional hummingbird flying by. The inn is dog friendly and the staff were just wonderful. We will definitely be back!"
