"This is more of a motel feel..doors open to the parking lot.
Staff was not knowledgeable about train/bus access.
No restaurant on site..no provided breakfast foods.
But...it was clean and had comfortable beds. Fine for overnight traveling"

"Convenient for eating in Richmond.
The showers are not very safe for elderly parents. It's a bit slippery with not a lot of ways to stabilize in shower.
The free coffee machine was great. Staff were nice and helpful.
Everything was a bit outdated. Some switches and lights were old and didn't work."

"The hotel was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I arrived early and completely exhausted, even though my room wasn’t ready, they found another room that was available right away, and it was even an upgrade. The shuttle service was also incredibly convenient. The staff helped me figure out exactly what time I should catch the shuttle based on my flight, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. I would definitely stay here again!

"The staff was nice, the room was clean, but the hotel is in a run down area. Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was okay. For the price we paid per night, we won’t stay there again. There was a beautiful casino hotel close by and I found out later that the prices were cheaper there for a much nicer facility."
