"Spacious 2-bedroom suite and a good location for UBC campus events. However, there was no AC, only two fans, so I wouldn’t recommend it for summer stays. Breakfast was disappointing. Both the juice and coffee tasted watered down, and I only had one piece of toast."

"Wonderful to have a suite with a full kitchen for our stay on campus. We had everything we needed including reserved (paid) parking nearby. The staff at the registration desk are sincere in their efforts to help but very busy at times and perhaps lacking somewhat in experience, as things that would normally be handled easily by hotel front desk staff (e.g., key cards that don't work) take longer to resolve than they should. Would still recommend, especially if you have a reason to stay on campus...

"This hotel has spacious rooms with amazing views, and is in the same building as the Cruise terminal. You can have the bell staff take your luggage directly to your ship for a reasonable tip. We are very happy with our stay. My one quibble is that it took them about 30 minutes to check us in. I am not sure what the hold up was."
