"Very Disappointed!! Stayed at Best Western for 3 days. Upon arriving and being shown the standard room we booked, I was ready to immediately book at a diff hotel. The room smelled of roach spray and was VERY Dimly lit. Since we arrived late, the chances of that were slim. So, we asked for an upgrade.
