"The ruins weren't clean the bathroom had scum all around the floors the tubs there was hairs in the carpet that you can see is showing obviously had pets there was no animenities there was nothing for the price of the room and it was overpriced and then they can't be nice about you being late a little bit they're really going to cancel the rooms"

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."

"Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!"

"Absolutely disgusting! One of our beds blankets has someone's bodily fluids on it ( luckily I had my own sheets and blankets) it says no smoking anywhere but its definitely not enforced. I didnt have the guts to shower here but my buddy did and the shower ended up being clogged.I almost got a different hotel that night the only reason I didn't is because we got in late and needed to be up early. "The room was fine. We weren't in the room for long other than to sleep. There was no ice bucket which was odd. We almost checked out a day early but the very kind lady at the front desk followed us to the parking lot to remind us we had another night. So thankful for her."

"My friend and I stayed overnight because we were going to a concert. The location was great and we walked to visit the lovely Cleveland Botanical Garden from the hotel. The breakfast is top-notch."

"One elevator was down. Flickering lights in the room. Sticky syrup on the phone. TV didn’t work. Besides beverages, there were only 2 eggs+2 muffins and a granola bar available when I went down for breakfast. Check in was fast and efficient. Location was perfect!"

"This hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to major highways, downtown, medical/university/arts districts, etc. Ample, free parking. Free breakfast is standard fare; suggest getting enough to take edge off morning hunger and then go find real breakfast at any of the nearby local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable."

"The in room hot tub was fabulous! The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The breakfast was standard. The indoor heated pool was too cold. I never got all the way in. Everyone I talked to said it was cold as well."

"The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep."
