"We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. "

"Under renovation, but hardly noticed. Stayed on second floor, woken early by guests above us walking around - not very sound proof. Breakfast was not great, eg egg patties"

"Rooms were very small. Not as clean as I expected for a Hilton property. Staff interaction at front desk was not very courteous. Would not stay here again. "

"The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere."

"Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. "

"Breakfast fruit and waffles were good. Shower head needs to be higher. Even average height individuals would find it challenging to stand “under” the shower head."

"I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"The staff was helpful, when I asked for assistance they were friendly. The room was not very clean that is a negative for me. I only stay one night no complaints other than the cleanliness."
