The room’s toilet and shower did not function. We were promised an immediate repair, but after 15 minutes no one came. ...

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Lovely and clean throughout. Great breakfast, lovely, friendly staff too. Less than ten minutes walk from the train station and other tourist attractions. No issues whatsoever. We will definitely be booking to stay here again on our next visit.
