Gentleman behind the desk was very rude & when I tried to get his name to complain, he took his name tag off. I guess they only treat americans like this. "The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are clean and adequate. Staff could be more helpful in helping with transportation. We told them what our plans were. No one mentioned the tram is literally 1 block away."

"It is close to the airport. The Rumlang train station is just a block away. For food options, there is a McDonalds and a Subway at a walking distance from the hotel. It worked well for my purpose."
