"The room was clean and comfortable, however I was placed in a room that had a lot of loud noise (maybe washers?) going all night. It was constant noise. In addition to that, the TV never turned completely off. When I turned it off it maintained a backlight in it and never went dark. Between the noise and the lit up TV, I did not sleep at all. I chose Fairfield because it was highly recommended to me, so I was very disappointed."

"I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances.."

"I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...

"There is no staff, there were bloodstains on the sheets, we checked out early. And are still waiting for follow-up about a refund."

"The TV was entirely in German. And there was no way to change the settings to English. I spent 30 minutes trying to change it."

"The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC."

"Very attractive hotel and rooms and bathroom. I’m sensitive to noise and facing away from plaza and being on 4 floor felt quiet. Breakfast mediocre. Need more protein besides yogurt w lots of sugar. Towels soft and plush and good bed and pillows. Biggest drawback in the room is no chair. Only woven bench seat that was uncomfortable so if you want chair for working at desk or reading there’s nothing like that and forced to sit on bed which I don’t like. Valet so kind and helpful."

"We love the Astro! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are artsy, clean, and spacious, and the property is also well maintained. It feels like apartments rather than motel rooms. We also like the lounge and the other guests that were staying there. Would definitely return if we’re in the area."

"I gave a two stars at maintenance because in room 102 makes a terrible noise that was not able to reconcile my sleep and kept me awake all night, it’s like a constant water leak drop but loud. Over all the place is very nice and neat."
