Hotel Murah di Wildwood Point

"Hotel system was down when we arrived... the two ladies at concierge were bickering with each other instead of focusing on customers. Room was in bad shape... paint peeling off walls, creaky beds, musty smell. We were disturbed 3 times that night at 10pm, 11pm and midnight by someone either banging on our door or calling the room to confirm it was occupied, as they had been sending new guests to occupied rooms by mistake. It was ridiculous."

"FILTHY!!! Booked a 1 night stay for 2 rooms 4 people. Our room was next to laundry area which was in use after 2AM! None of us were able to use the bathrooms to take a shower because it was so DIRTY. My son's room had a bunch of roaches running around. Dead ones were in lamp shade! They were put in a different room. Our hands stuck to the door jam in some places! Took a wet tissue and checked the floor. Black as dirt! Best Western has to check out this property.Has a pool but empty without any...

"Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. "check in was good. We were supposed to get a double room but were given a king with couch, which we thought was a sleeper. Got back to room later and folded the couch out and no mattress in it. Went to desk and attendant told me that since we set our bags on the bed that there was no refund, nor could we move to the room we paid for i was turned off. I had him just give us a blanket and extra towels so we could all take a shower. Lamps did not work in the room, and the fridge wasn't working...
