When we checked in they were friendly and responsive and literally made our trip magical with their great advice and suggestions of hikes to do in the area and how best to plan our time and logistics. "The location of the lodge was great to access Mount Rainier national park. The room was showing its age and if you have trouble with stairs there is no elevator to reach the second floor."
