"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"Food in the restaurant was good, very nice taste, but quite spicy . Waited a while to pay so I returned to the room whilst my husband waited - which led to a staff member thinking I had left without paying, and following me despite my husband still waiting in the restaurant ! Apart from this small mix up it was a very nice stay , could just improve the experience by having extra staff in the bar/ restaurant area . Did not have the breakfast but would have tried if had the time as food quality...

"As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"

"Was a great place to stay to travel to Wembley stadium (a walk and a tube away - going in the opposite direction to all the crowds!) We stayed on a very very hot weekend and the apartment was in the sun. They had tried to cool things down with various fans, but was still really warm. Otherwise, was really a great place, really clean and tidy. Can use the restaurant/bar in the holiday inn which is attached. And parking was also available and really reason priced for an overnight stay. Better...

"The best stay ever staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I had a few issues with one of my bookings, Casey on of the managers at the Leonardo London Watford corrected everything straight away. As a person who stays in hotels all over the world I’ve experienced many different ways with problem solving. Casey’s customer service was outstanding! So professional and nothing was too much. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return. So thank you...

"We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him. Thank you!"
