"I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression.
As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that seemed like it was being used to cover up an unpleasant odor. The front desk employee was not welcoming or helpful during check-in and made little effort to answer questions or provide assistance.
The room itself was okay, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were only provided a towel, and the window shade would not close all the way, leaving very little privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The guests in the room next to us were laughing loudly, talking, and playing music from around 2:00 a.m. until we left at 6:30 a.m. We got almost no sleep.
When I checked out, I informed the same front desk employee about the disturbance. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, he simply responded with an “okay,” smirked, and laughed. When I mentioned that I had been unable to sleep all night, he said he would check on them, even though we were already leaving. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
