Hotel dekat Willow Springs Park

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

"Room was terrible. Burn holes on bedspread in non smoking room. Toilet was not even fully connected to floor. Door jam and hinge was broke off. No towels or toilet paper in room."

"Service personnel were super friendly and impressive. You could tell they love taking care of the guests!"

"There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either."

"I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling."

"Good location. Room was clean and very quiet."

"This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. The rooms also looked dirty and poorly maintained, and even the towels did not appear to be properly cleaned. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of its price or rating. It was unpleasant and frustrating to experience the same problems across...

"Very quiet Good breakfast Indoor pool Would stay again"

"You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy. The room was a generous size, though the decor and fixtures felt stuck in the '80s. The couch was pretty worn and stained, and the shower handle was loose (though the water pressure made up for it). My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

"There's a specific room that I go to every single time, and the head of the bed frame faces towards where the sun rises and the moon rises. I get amazing rest with positive dreams i believe 100% if you're looking for an affordable place this is a good place to get rest, You have many restaurants and places to go to nearby and lovely attractions like Elk River Falls. I am a non-smoker but this place does have smoking rooms as well as pet friendly."
