"Had an issue with the staff at the front desk. I ask for my room to be cleaned as I didn’t know that they don’t change the sheets unless you asked them to. I called them on Friday to tell them my sheets was never changed but the bed was made. She never apologized she just said at the Marriott you have to ask for sheets to be changed. I told her if I was told that I would have known when I asked for my room to be cleaned after being there for 4-5 days by then. She replied well…that’s just how it...

"I was very appreciative of the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The front staff ( male ) was very nice and helpful. it was really quit there especially for a Saturday night. I believe they can work on the amentities when it comes to breakfast and even putting a pool in but I understand that they keep the prices low for a reason. overall I would stay there again and was very appreciative of the cleaniliness oh also I was able to bring both of my dogs."

"The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."

"I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I...

"Check in was VERY easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. Parking was plentiful and the No Party rule was nice to see."

"Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Staff for us were nice. Pool area was clean not too crowded. My only issue. The mattress had No mattress cover, and we always check for bedbugs and it had a few stains on the side."
