The area was very comfortable with no people hanging around like you see at so many other places. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! The room was nice and clean and the shower had great water pressure that was fantastic after spending an entire day walking on the beach! With that, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! I will definitely be staying at this...

"Our room was in the historic section. The staff was amazing! The most friendly, helpful people I have ever encountered. The kind woman at the front desk went so far as to call her daughter for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant for me! Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient. The courtyard is delightful. Spring cleanup has been delayed by recent cold weather. Chairs and tables invite guests to pause and enjoy the tumbling water in the fountain and the warm...

"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "

"No parking available at hotel. Every parking space was filled outside hotel. Only able to stay 1 of 3 nights, and checked out early. Hotel said that they would contact Expedia so that I could get a refund for the 2 days not used, but haven't heard anything yet."
