"Hello. I’ve stayed at Sheratons for over 30 years. This property should not be branded a Sheraton. Overdue for a renovation, Bathroom is old. Shower not Sheraton standard. Poorly patched holes in the bedroom door. Disappointing"

"Coffee machine is broken, Makeup Remover wipe is dry out. False fire alarm broke out at 5am and no staff in the hotel communicate to the residents. Staff in the bar are rather rude and not too helpful. Staff comes in and make the room but not really make the bed or refill anything. What i can recognize ..."
