"This place once shined a long time ago, you can tell. It’s pretty run down, it’s not fancy so don’t expect it to be. The beds are rough, everything just looks rough. However, I was looking for something wallet friendly. I wasn’t going to be in the room very long, just needed a place to sleep. I stayed here two nights. Beds are rough, pillows are thin, sofa bed was run down. Kitchen had nothing, not even soap so don’t expect it. Sheets were clean, bed was made when I came back, AC worked....

"The rooms ae nice and the beds are comfortable. My problem was we booked this hotel for the indoor pool. We were traveling with our son and 2 gandkids that were looking forward to 3 days of swimming. Rooms had to be canceled by the 17th and we checked in on the 18th. We didn't know the pool was out of service until we checked in on the 18th. We would have canceled and got a room somewhere else if we could have. The door on one of our rooms stayed open unless you pulled it all the way...

"The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

"Everything was great and as expected with this particular franchise choice. I can often count on Fairfields to be nice regardless of where they are in the country. My only request, and this is not a slam, nor a negative comment in any way, is that they add vanilla creamer. Normally hotel chains have this option and this one did not for whatever reason. It's just one of the small things I enjoy and look forward to on trips. I highly recommend this chain and l9carion for your stay."

"The restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday at dinner time. Room was clean. The elevators looked questionable. Quiet even though there was a couple tour buses hecked in and I was put next to the elevators"

"Have stayed in this hotel before and don't have many complaints! Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the bathroom, very nice lobby. I did not get the chance to try breakfast but from what I saw it was a pretty good variety with a nice sitting room. One issue I did encounter this time was when I needed to print something, and not a single one of the 4 staff members there knew the password to the guest user on the two computers. They also did not seem too enthused to help until I made it...
