Hotel La Tour
The room was too cold and not so clean for the days we stayed at the hotel and staff was not so helpful as we expected . I stayed at the same place last year and it was great however this time the experience was different because of poor service.

The breakfast has always been provided as inclusive during the stay and i have been a regular for many years at this hotel. However it is dissapointing that this is no longer provided. The hotel itself is exceptional, the cleanliness, the food, the staff and the rooms are all fantastic. The gym however was very underwhelming, the pictures make it look great but it’s very worn tired
