"The property was under construction. We were able to get a room that had just been renovated. Things in the room were incomplete and looked rushed. Wish I had known the building was under construction. I would have chosen something else."

"It was a nice spacious room, very friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking lot is small but even when it was booked full was able to find a spot. It is very conveniently located, close to lots of venues."

"No refrigerator and no microwave in the room. We drove from MI it wasn’t was we expected. Other than that it was nice but not for the price."

"Hotel looked pretty but our room was not great. The tv didn’t work. There was no hand soap in bathroom. When we pulled out the sleep bed there were empty nip bottles in the mattress. We were only there for about 12 hours so didn’t bother to complain so I don’t know how the staff would have handled it."

"I’ve stayed there previously; however this time I was assigned room 219D. (Never seen a room there with a letter after the room number). My scheduled flight was canceled, and I arrived at 1:00 AM, too tired to request a room change. The room was tiny, a “broom closet”, very disappointing."

"This was a nightmare they charged me for an additional person without my consent! I registered online saying there were three adults and two children. We did not have enough towels. They refuse to bring them to us until the morning. The key cards did not work. We were locked out of the room. It was just a horrible experience than they told me an additional fee was $30 but then charged me $46 without my consent along with an additional $46 for an extra person which was a child. What if I did not...
