"We recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The check-in team were super helpful and friendly, which made for a great first impression. The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay. The restaurant menu offered good variety and the food quality itself was very nice. However, the service level from the team was quite poor. "The hotel was clean and the room a good size. The location was great adjacent to Manchester airport. Hotel amenities were good - especially the complementary breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads."

A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again.
