"When we got there everything appeared ok. Got into our room & noticed a musty mildew/mold smell. Found obvious water damage (swelling of wood) in & around the bathroom. Door moldings with water damage that had just been painted over. When we walked around outside we figured out the smell was coming from the “garden area” outside the window. The deadbolt would not lock. Only use of swing lock. Breakfast was mediocre. We will not stay here again if in the area."

"Nice room, well-located for my purposes. Check-in time was listed as 3 PM, No one showed up at the registration desk until 3:40 PM. I could not stand for 40 minutes, so I sat in what used to be the breakfast room before it was closed down. The registration clerk informed me that I owed $12.00 for one night's parking. I said that no where did I see that on the Expedia listing. I said that he had a lot of nerve asking for that after I had to wait 40 minutes to register. He relented on the parking...
