"The stay was ok. We will not be returning. The photos online are outdated & some look AI generated. The room I saw online vs the room I stayed in was not even close to the same. The property is falling apart and the photos online show something completely different. The water pressure is terrible, the room is tiny with 2 very uncomfortable beds that don't seem to be a queen, we could barely sleep 2 adults in 1 bed. Also the walls are paper thin, we were awoken at 3 am when the people staying in the room next to us checked in. The restaurant and bar that is advertised, neither opened and the restaurant looks like it hasn't been open for a long time. After booking we saw the review mostly bad so I know there won't be any changes made. Thankfully we had friends staying at a nice place with a nice pool so we only had to shower and sleep there but that was not a great experience. The lobby and pool close at 6pm, so if you loose the one key they give you, you are literally out of luck until the next morning. Also can't get toilet paper or towels after 6 pm. Came back from a long day of boating to not enough toilet paper and we had to buy some since the office was closed. Part of the concrete seating area that overlooks the water is actually cracking, breaking and falling into the water. Theres plywood says danger. Not safe at all.
They should not be allowed to post false photos of the property, do better at keeping up on that Expedia or I will start booking elsewhere."
