"The room was smaller than we are used to. We booked it for 4 adults but it was ok for 3 at most. We were given a standard room that was about 10 yards off of A1. We heard all the trucks run by each morning and night. I would not book in the Keys this time of the year (July) as the seaweed smell from key largo to Key West was so pungent and nauseating. "This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Room outdated and disgustingly dirty, the carpets, walls and doors all had marks, the furniture was dirty, the air con was noisy, mouldy and didnt operate properly. There were spiders in every corner. The bedside lamp only had one bulb instead of two. The outdoor screen area was broken and cracked. The hot water took forever to come out the noisy taps. The general outdoor area was didnt feel finished with wires poking out the walls etc. The...

"Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!"

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wenn die Klimaanlage nicht läuft, wird es schnell feucht, gut, dass man die nassen Sachen draußen über die Stühle hängen kann. Der eigene Strand inkl. Kayaks war prima."
