"Staff were amazing from front desk to restaurant and bar. Beautiful outdoor patio on the river. Was a great location and walking distance to many shops restaurants etc. beautiful area.
Lots of options on the breakfast buffet.
Drawback for some might be that there is no elevator to upper floors and no A/C in rooms. So need to climb stairs with luggage. Front staff was always available for taking care of the luggage though and very helpful and never had to wait for any sort of service.

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn.
We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

"Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located.
We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. "

"This apartment is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is nice.
Information from host regarding check in was good.
Read a few reviews regarding the upkeep of the property and it’s a shame nothing has been done. This property could be fantastic if some money was spent on it. The carpets have stains over them, cracks and watermarks on ceilings, sofa is tatty, iron and ironing board do not work.
Mattresses do not have any protectors on them. Oven tray was dirty and...

"Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent.
Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights.
Highly recommend this...

"The best about this place was its friendly staff. The rooms are newly renovated and super clean. The fact that it has air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave. The place is perfectly located next to the Train Station and High street.
I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!"

"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room.
Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning.
We definitely will go back every year.
Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable
The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout.
