"We had a great time at TownePlace. This is a wonderful place for families- nearby restaurants and stores are perfect for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchens were well equipped, breakfast was so good (thank you to the breakfast team and staff for being so patient and accommodating)!"

"This hotel is loud. You can hear everything in the rooms around you as if they were in your room. Late into the night and throughout people were slamming doors, or coming and going. Early in the morning hotel staff had an incredibly loud conversation outside the door (and my door was mid way down the hallway) so I pretty much got no sleep. The woman who checked me out in the morning was nice but the man who checked me in made me feel really uncomfortable."

"This is our second time staying in there we love the room with the panoramic view. It’s so beautiful looking out over the Detroit river and Detroit city watching the bar just go up and down the river. It’s very entertaining. The restaurant is excellent. Sincerely you knew too well that I did not step in to this property and yet you asking for my rating when you have stylishly defrauded me of my money talking about policy that was not from the property owner because I communicated with him twice and he told me that you didn't remitt the money to him which was similar thing from Economy car rental too....
