"The bathroom floor was dull and sticky. The toilet seat had a couple of drops of blood at the front that could be seen when the lid was raised. There also was a large dirty smudge at the front of the shower wall. Looks like where someone would place their hand when they lean in to clean the shower. I brought it to the attention of the front desk as was told the cleaning staff was probably using the wrong product to clean the floor."

"First thing I noticed when I got to my room was someone put a shower cap over the smoke detector. This was obviously done so someone could smoke in the room. There was a ceramic tile on the bathroom floor that was broken and would pop out when stepped on. It was sharp and could easily cut someone’s foot. The TV didn’t work so we had to call for a maintenance guy to try and fix it. He got it working but periodically the tv would disconnect from the cable and turn off. The maintenance man was...

"Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times."

"Pool was in rough shape, hot tub didn't fully work. Room could use paint touch up, and new carpet. Breakfast was good, clean and stocked. All the staff was nice."

Everytime I asked about the situation the manager was never there. Well, he must have been gone the whole time, because for the next 3 days he must not have been there to ask us what our concern was. "-The property was never the best thru the years but has gone down hill in every aspect over the last few years, there is a micro wave in the lobby that I can guarantee has never been cleaned since day one , nothing works, ice maker, pool has been not open for the last several years. "First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned."
