I had a terrible experience with IACC. I went to check in to the property at 7pm, and there was no one available at the “office”. I called the number provided and no one answered. A half hour later one hotel staff member calls to tell me that my reservation had been cancelled because they had issues with electricity in their hotel rooms. I was not called or notified at all. I was very displeased.
the people I was with were afraid to enter the property because of the drug addicts sitting in front of it it turned out to be a hostel, I was unable to contact anyone to cancel the the booking we had to go to another hotel
No 1 located at front desk & access to front desk behind locked door; parking lot unsafe as numerous individuals loitering around the hotel grounds.
The building did not appear safe nor reputable; did not stay at this location & made alternative accommodation arrangements.
Would strongly urge this hotel be dropped from Expedia listing.
I cannot check in, no one at front desk, and no one answered the phone numbers left on the door. Voice mail box was full, and no one called me back, so I have to find another place to live.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
NO STAFF. NO RECEPTION. I DONT KNOW
WHAT THIS PLACE IS. I DID NOT RESERVE FOR
AIR BNB. NOTICE WAS MADE IN A VERY SHORT NOTICE WHERE THERE IS NO TIME TO CANCELL RESERVATION. I DEMAND FOR A REFUND BECAUSE WE CHECKED IN AT ANOTHER HOTEL. WE DID NOT EVEN STAY IN THIS SCARY PLACE.
The room at this hotel wasn't that bad. However, the staff at this location was terrible. The website says check in is at 3 PM. I showed up at 3 PM and the office was closed. I wasn't able to check in until 7 PM. I called the office phone number that was listed online many times and nobody answered. I then found out that there is a second number that was never posted online. The landlord was terrible. Once I was able to get in contact with him he made wait 30 min for him to come and check me in. Also, the location of this place is pretty sketchy. It might be cheap, but expect poor customer service.
Very small room. Does not supply washcloths. Can't use tv and microwave at the same time without tripping the circuit breaker and losing all power to the room. Dip in middle of bed so 2 people end up rolling into the middle. Very uncomfortable. People pounding on doors and yelling in the middle of the night. Blinds fell while trying to open them. Not going back EVER!
There was no toilet paper when I needed it. No kleenex either. The tv is on the wall mounted not plugged in, when I was gonna plug it in, it doesn’t reach the extension nor is there a closer outlet. Just poor design and dumb. The light beside the bed doesn’t work. Seems like the knob yo turn it on it broken. I also had to wait an hour to get checked in. Called the first time and was told to call another number. The other number no one picked up. The first number on the door doesn’t even work. The guy said he had an emergency which is understandable but at the same time why are there no one covering or no communication. Was about to leave and go somewhere else if he hadn’t called back.
They did a really good job with the photos, because this was the scariest place I’ve ever been! Was a house or apartment they tried to call a hotel. Stuck between two tenements, no parking but tucked in the back of building.my gf was like I don’t feel comfortable leaving my car out here!!! We went in just to look took 2 key pads to get in office, open stairs up to room. Ok room!!! I wouldn’t let my dog stay there!!! disgusting carpet splatters on the headboard hole in the ceiling it was like a rent by the hour room!!! I can’t believe hotel.com let this place be on their site!!! Then tried to cancel room, not happening with manager so called hotel.com u guys are NO HELP AT ALL!!!! I am thoroughly disgusted all around at the lack of customer service!!!!! So please if u are ever in Windsor don’t go near this place or use hotels.com to book it!!!!!
No staff at the desk, they left 2 phone numbers to call. One phone number didn't work, nobody answered the second. Just waited around until someone showed up thirty minutes later. The code to your room was just a gimmick. The door opened even without the code. The hotel had a terrible odor of fried food and cigarettes. All of the windows in the room were open, the temperature was below freezing. To heat the room there was a tiny space heater. Using the space heater to heat the room caused a breaker to trip in the middle of the night, so absolutely no power available in the morning. They provided us with two towels, but zero washcloths. Such a tiny room and all of the outlets were used. The TV only broadcasted local shows via antenna, the remote control batteries were dead. Terrible experience. This place needs to refund us, then shut down permanently.
Found marijuana in the drawer booze in the fridge. Loud noise all night long. People off the street checking the doors. Dirty and very very very run down. No parking. Not worth staying here at any price. If they offered it for free, they would be gouging.
I showed up to the hotel on my reserved day and they did not have a room ready for me. I am still working with them and hotels.com to get my refund. I am extremely upset.
Only the location, anything else not so good.
But anyway the staf was kind . The only problem is that you had to call them if you needed anything from them. Anyway, for everyone on a budget is a nice place, great location !
Very close to downtown. Good price. Some problems with hotel staff- we had to call two different numbers to get someone to unlock the office so we could check in (we arrived at 5, office was supposedly open until 8). Once he arrived, the employee was very polite and apologized for the delay. The following morning, we had to check out by 11. At 10:30 we attempted to return to the office, which was once again locked. Calling the same two numbers went straight to voicemail and we could not find a single employee in the entire building. We, like another guest in the hotel, just left our key in the lock of our door and hoped for the best.
