"Terrible poorly kept property. Elevator down for 1 week. Had to carry luggage up 3 floors. Key cards didn’t work multiple times. Carpet from Victoria. Era. "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our initial room had several moths, which was not ideal. We were aware that a wedding was taking place at the hotel; however, the music was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. As we were travelling with four young children, this made the situation particularly challenging. To their credit, the staff handled the situation well and moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which we were grateful for. That said, it was unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a room where the noise levels made it so difficult to rest."

"I found room and bathroom very fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable towels were changed regularly. "

"Parking was great and free and the breakfast had a lot of choice even though we dont eat meat. It was a good stay and the staff were lovely."
