"I had an awful stay at this property. It is easily one of the worst places I have ever booked. The room was in a state of total disrepair and clearly lacks proper maintenance. Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: Plumbing Problems: The toilet flush handle was incredibly loose. It was so broken that I actually had to remove the toilet tank lid every single time just to flush it. Additionally, the hot water faucet on the bathroom sink did not work at all, so there was no hot...

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"Here’s a polished, short review you can post: Stayed 11th July – absolutely faultless. We were at Ascot during the day and came back to the Royal Foresters for food and football in the evening, and honestly everything was spot on. Check‑in was smooth, the room was lovely, the staff were brilliant, and the atmosphere for the match was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was huge and delicious. All in all, a solid 10/10 and we’ll definitely be back again next year."
