"I stayed while the hotel was undergoing renovation (the restaurant). It was nevertheless quiet, I had an excellent salad and delicious breads with room service, the staff was very warm and friendly and went out of their ways to help. They even allowed me to check in hours early! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning very strong (could be adjusted in the room exactly to my liking) while it was very hot outside in July. Excellent! "Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. "

"Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee."

"The room was pretty standard which we expected, but no fridge or hairdryer. The shower had a constant drip, the bathroom had an odour. The basin had a crack in it and when the room was cleaned the used mugs were not changed but rinsed out as there stains from previous use."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
